| Making A Purchase Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse the online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that I need to be able to complete your order. I accept card payments. I do not charge for any item until it is ready to be despatched. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, please contact me and I will correct the mistake. When acknowledgement of your order is received, this is to indicate that I have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. I will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when I send you an order confirmation. I will always contact you if a particular item is no longer available or in the case of a change of price. You must be over 18 or have parental consent to make a purchase. |
| Delivery All chocolates are freshly made to order and will be despatched within three working days of the order confirmation. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been despatched. All orders up to £55 in total will be despatched by recorded first class mail and should arrive within one and three working days after despatch. A signature will be required upon delivery. For orders over £55, please call or email for delivery information. You must inform me immediately if you have not received your order within three working days after notification of despatch. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by my delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that items have been received. | Returns Policy Your rights to return items are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return any item within seven working days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of delivery to you. To do this, please contact me by email or telephone and quote your order number. Your refund will be paid within 30 days of return of the item. You shall bear the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the item and so you should ensure that you obtain proof of postage. Any items returned should be complete and in their original packaging. I always ensure that all my chocolates are despatched in perfect condition. If any items are unfortunately damaged in transit, you can return them to me and, upon receipt, I will refund the full purchase cost or send out a replacement. You must, however, notify me of any damage to the chocolates within two working days of receipt. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
